Renewals

Plans renew by themselves until you cancel.

Your renewal date and the amount, GST included, are in your portal, and we email you before each renewal. If a payment is still not made 7 days after its due date, work on your plan pauses.

Read the billing terms

Changes

Move up or down from your next billing period.

Pause for up to one month in each calendar quarter, at no charge. Unused items carry into the next month only, then expire.

How pausing works

Leaving

Cancel anytime, with no exit fee.

Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. If you cancel before your first deliverable goes live, you get a full refund of your first billing period. Your files stay downloadable for 90 days after your plan ends.
