4. How we handle complaints
- We acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours with a ticket number and a copy of your complaint as we have recorded it.
- We resolve it within one month of receiving it, and tell you what we have done.
To help us move quickly, include your name, the business name on your account, the email you signed up with, what happened and when, and what you would like us to do. Attach invoices or screenshots if you have them.
5. Requests about your personal data
To see, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent, email hello@theeyecandy.studio. What you can ask for and how we confirm it’s you is explained in our privacy policy.
6. If you’re still not satisfied
- You can contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
- You keep your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- For personal data, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India once its complaints process is open.
7. Corporate information
Eye Candy Studio Private Limited was incorporated on 22 January 2026. Our annual return will be published here once it has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, as section 92(3) of the Companies Act, 2013 requires.
